The Government in G.O.(Ms). No.43, RD & PR (CGS.1) Dept., Dated: 07.03.2024 issued orders nominating Social Audit Society of Tamil Nadu as Nodal Agency for the conduct of Social Audit on the utilization of the 15th Central Finance Commission Grants.
The Government has also allocated a sum of Rs.6.89 crore.
It is proposed to conduct Social Audit of 15th Central Finance Commission Grants during the financial year 2024-25 (for the expenditure year 2021-22) in all the 12525 village panchayats of Tamil Nadu after receipt of funds from Rural Development Department.
